Tyson Roberts, President and Product Manager
Tyson Roberts co-founded Lucid after spending four years at aQuantive (NASDAQ: AQNT), where he was one of the first 30 employees. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Roberts served in both sales and product management at aQuantive, and was personally responsible for acquiring $59 million in annualized new business in his first nine months of employment. Mr. Roberts also completed the initial analysis, planning, and staffing of several line-of-business extensions, including e-mail marketing, search engine optimization, and affiliate marketing. In just two years, aQuantive, which was named AdWeek Magazine’s Independent Interactive Agency of the Year, selected Mr. Roberts to relocate to New York City and join the executive team tasked with staffing and leading the sales effort at a newly acquired subsidiary agency called iballs, which later became aQuantive–NYC.

Llewellyn Preece, Vice President, Technology
Llewellyn Preece has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, where he has been a consultant, a software and business architect, and an entrepreneur. Mr. Preece has more than five years of experience with Microsoft. As a consultant, his experiences range from serving as principal developer on mission-critical, low-level server components to designing the business and solution architectures for some of the nation’s largest business organizations. Mr. Preece has held CTO responsibilities working with large global teams, and he has worked with Microsoft, J2EE, and Open Source technologies. As a manager, Mr. Preece is Six-Sigma trained and has used most standard lifecycle methods. His client list includes NASD, NASDAQ, ADP, Sallie Mae, Citibank, and USA Today, as well as start-up firms and smaller government agencies.

Aaron Chun, Vice President, Operations
Aaron Chun is an experienced project and team leader with the proven ability to manage large, concurrent IT projects from initiation to closeout. His experience includes more than a decade of project management experience in large-scale software implementation projects. For six years at Envision Telephony, Mr. Chun led a team of project managers, field service engineers, and product trainers. He was responsible for the implementation of the company’s suite of agent optimization software solutions to customers including Staples, Southwest Airlines, Wachovia Bank, and Washington Mutual Credit Card Services. Mr. Chun has also served in project management roles at Tenzing Communications, XO Communications, and AT&T Wireless Services.

Michael Zell, Vice President, Client Results
For nearly a decade, Michael Zell has successfully built online customer acquisition programs and brand strategies for Fortune 500 companies at aQuantive. For four years, Mr. Zell was a Group Director at the agency, responsible for client team management and strategic account support. He led key initiatives to integrate technology, media, data, and creative content both internally and for clients including Nike, Caesars Entertainment (now Harrah’s), Levi’s, and Microsoft. Mr. Zell helped launch and test the agency’s first behavioral targeting. Mr. Zell also led aQuantive’s website optimization capability, Advanced Optimization, driving its growth across the agency’s client base in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to his time at aQuantive, Mr. Zell spent seven years as a healthcare consultant, including five years at KPMG.

Jeremy Hyra, Director, Sales and Marketing
Jeremy Hyra co-founded Lucid after serving as Director of Marketing and Business Development at Network Commerce, where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of new customers and partner relationships. Mr. Hyra’s previous experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at aQuantive, where he developed a new business unit through the OEM of an e-mail marketing platform and developed a team to service clients including Best Buy, Morgan Stanley, and Gateway Computers. Mr. Hyra also spent five years at MetaInfo, where he developed a partnership with CheckPoint Software (NASDAQ: CHKP) that led to the acquisition of MetaInfo in 1998.

Keith Pool, Director, Information Systems

Prior to co-founding Lucid, Keith Pool was the Data Warehouse and Reporting Project Manager at XO Communications, where he was responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of data warehouses and Web reporting for order processing, billing, and provisioning. As an independent consultant for nine years, Mr. Pool was Project Lead/Lead Programmer at a variety of manufacturing, financial services, health care, and telecommunications firms, where he was responsible for all aspects of application design and development. Mr. Pool also served as Senior Software Specialist at Cognos Corporation, where he provided pre-sales and post-sales support, training, and technical support on the complete suite of Cognos analytical tools and applications.

Tyler Moebius, Advisor
Tyler Moebius is currently the CEO and President of Adconion, a provider of global online marketing solutions and advertising, with offices located on three continents. Prior to founding Adconion, Mr. Moebius co-founded TrafficMarketplace (TMP) in 2001 and served as Vice President of Operations, responsible for both sales and media. In less than eight months, TrafficMarketplace became the largest ad network in the U.S., primarily due to a strategic partnership Mr. Moebius forged between TMP and MSN. In 2002, the company was sold to Flipside.com, a division of Vivendi-Universal (NYSE: V), and Mr. Moebius was promoted to Senior VP and General Manager, responsible for all daily operations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Moebius was one of the first 10 employees at aQuantive, where he founded the Strategic Partnership Department and negotiated over a half billion dollars in strategic media deals.
